Looks like it's going to be a velomobile weather this Sunday. Wet and windy. Decided to put the race hood after all for this reason. Not too keen in taking a soggy grit shower riding behind racing bikes. So fare well for being social, the Hood pretty much kills that chance. And goodbye for hand signalling as well.
The wind on the other hand looks fantastic!! I hope the forecast doesn't change in that part. It looks like it's going to be mostly Easterly 5-6m/s changing to South-Easterly later in the afternoon which means significant headwind for the second half of the sportive. Velomobiles rule!!

The wind looks more like it will be south-easterly turning to a southerly direction in the afternoon, but the 4-5 m/s looks to be holding. Norwegians are forecasting 8-9 m/s south-easterly winds

So hopefully all still doubting will now decide to come tomorrow!
