DF taulukoita ihmetelly, valmistuneiden listan numerojärjestystä - ja nyt pisti silmään tilauslistassa on joitakin syyskuussa tilattuja pyöriä aika kärjessä. Millähän konstilla/rahalla pääsee jonon ohi vai pääseekö?

Olisiko kyse koosta. Eikös se ollut niin, että aluksi oli valmiina vasta pienemmän koon muotti. Kun tekevät nuo kuoret alihankintana, lienee niin, että tuotantovaiheessa on vain yksi muotti kerrallaan. Sitten kun vaihdetaan, tulee taas niitä eri kokoisia nipussa.

Jotenkin tässä tapauksessa markkinointi on mennyt niin hyvin, että tilauslista on jo tässä vaiheessa niin täynnä, että valmistumisjärjestyskin jaksaa kiinnostaa. Itse näkisin niin, että aivan ensimmäiset kannattaa myydä mahdollisimman lähelle ja mahdollisimman tutuille kavereille. Ensimmäisiin tulee tietenkin enemmän virheitä. Valmistusmenetelmien kehittyessä nämä jäävät pois. Ikävän kallista korjailla rungon virheitä vaikkapa vain Suomeen, tai vieläkin kauemmas, lähetetystä rungosta. Korjausreissu maksaa paljon.

Ei se koko kaikkia selitä kun lähes keulille on päässy pari syyskuussa tehtyä tilausta, ohi mm helmikuussa tehtyjen tilausten
Eipä tuo miuta heilauta kunhan seurailen sivusta.

Kuten sanottu, uudessa tuotteessa tulee aina korjattavia, jotka on hyvä olla lähellä ja mahdollisimman suopealla kaverilla.

Taitaa kaikki liuotin hommat olla vähän samanlaisia jos suojaus höyryja vastaan on tuolla tasolla. Kun höyryjen vaikutus lakkaa alkaa tehdä mieli kaljaa ja se tunne on aika voimakas.
